About

Pathibhara Multipurpose Campus located in Taplejung district which is considered as the Himalayan district of Nepal is a new dimension in terms of education in this region. This campus, which was established to develop easy access to higher education, is not physically, financially, and capable. The effect of being a remote and mountainous area continues to this day. The number of students here is not as high as in other well-equipped cities and settlements. The campus is functioning with low number of students. This campus is in a position where the world has progressed rapidly in the field of science and technology. In such a background, our main goal is to implement the work specified by the commission on this campus, to get technical and financial support for the development of age-related education.

From the year 2047, the permission to operate at the proficiency certificate level has been issued by Tri.V. He has received permission to operate the Faculty of Education, Humanities and Sociology since 2062 and Management Faculty since 2066. The proficiency certificate level has been canceled from this campus, which has been allowed to operate in two levels.

If we look at the status of student enrollment, it seems that the student enrollment rate has increased in this academic session compared to the last academic session. It seems that 30 more students have been enrolled this year than last year. The number of female students in this campus is somewhat high. Also, the presence of female students in the Faculty of Education is the highest. In this area, students from some castes and tribes who have not achieved the literacy rate of Nepal also come to study. Among these tribes are Sarki, Kami, Damai, Ghale, Sunuwar, Tamang etc.Their presence is not that high. Although the Sherpas living here belong to the Topkegola and Walung communities, as they all write the surname Sherpa, a large number of Sherpas are not counted as underprivileged. However, a total of 15 underprivileged students are studying in the campus this year.
